That this application is being filed to direct the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment upon plot No. 1700, 1706,1712 Khata No. 589, 1783, 1636 respectively situated at Mohalla Company Sarai, Ward No. 2 (Old) Sasaram, District- Rohtas, Bihar by which the petitioner has to bear difficulty to access on the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
