The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that, in course of inquiry, it was detected that 32 persons named in the FIR including the petitioner had produced fake T.E.T. certificate, showing the name of qualifying candidates, for recruitment to the post of Panchayat Teachers.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not appointed on the basis of fake T.E.T. certificate for the post of Panchayat Teachers and he has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51835 of 2017 (2) dt.06-11-2017 accused, Sadhna Bharti, has already been granted privilege of prearrest bail by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38316 of 2015.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Birpur, Supaul, in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
