The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.331 of 2017/G.R. No.3436 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws for non fulfillment of the dowry demand and to dispose of her dead body.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and there is general and omnibus allegation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29114 of 2018(2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 against her. Further submission is that Raju Ram, the husband of the deceased, has already surrendered before the court below and is in custody. The petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.331 of 2017/G.R. No.3436 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
