JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-09-2020 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Arvind Ujjwal, counsel for the State. In the present case, the petitioner has a grievance that under the Jal Nal Mukhya Mantri Sat Nischay Karyakram over Thana no.249, khata no.30 and Khesra No. 248 in village Shekhpura Ward No.7 under the Narsanda Gram Panchayat, Block Chandi, Nalanda but, at the instance of the local M.L.A., it has been transferred to another place where only one person
Patna High Court CWJC No.7510 of 2020(2) dt.11-09-2020 2/2 will be benefited and rest of the persons will be deprived of the benefit started by the State of Bihar.
Counsel for the State Mr. Arvind Ujjwal has submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate and he may pursue the same before him and the District Magistrate will examine and take a decision in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the State and the petitioner, this is the administrative matter, the same will be looked into by the District Magistrate and he will examine the representation which is pending before him and will take a decision in accordance with law.
With the aforementioned observations, this writ application is disposed of.
