2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During course of investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced as owner of the kiosk in which, according to the informant, he (informant) dashed his e-rickshaw in the early morning due to fog. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod, as a result of which, the informant suffered fracture of lift tibia, which is grievous in nature.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for
