The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Charpokhri P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure-3 to the present application in which she has alleged that she was forcibly abducted by the petitioner Praful Kumar and three others, namely, Ajeet Kumar, Manoj Kumar and Sanjeev Kumar, I am not inclined to grant him

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29631 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
