The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 2302C/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner and she also made allegation that petitioner intended to re-marry with another girl. It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted. Petitioner is still ready to keep his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that

No.55677 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 petitioner is ready to keep his wife, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, the learned court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 2302C/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. Thereafter, the court below shall make all efforts for resolution of the dispute between husband and wife, if the husband keeps his wife properly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed, if the petitioner is not ready to keep his wife, learned court below shall pass order in accordance with law, immediately after lapse of six months on the provision bail.
