2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I.Act.
3. It is alleged that a cheque of Rs. 1,90,000/- of Andhra Bank got bounced, which was issued by Anita Devi (mother of the petitioner).
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner has neither received any money from informant nor issued any cheque in favour of informant. Petitioner has been made accused merely because he happens to be son of Anita Devi, who issued cheque in question which got dishonoured due to insufficient fund. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, District - East Champaran in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 677 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
