1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AC to SC-8 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.8.

2. The Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application on the ground that petitioner had earlier moved this

Patna High Court CWJC No.7648 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/3 court seeking redressal of their grievance by filing C.W.J.C. No.21429/2019. C.W.J.C. No.21429/2019 was disposed of by an order dated 08.09.2022 giving liberty to the petitioners to move before concerned L.A.R.R.A. within 30 days from 08.09.2022 and L.A.R.R.A. was directed to hear the case on merits after condoning the delay. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners in compliance of the order dated 08.09.2022 in C.W.J.C. No.21429/2019 had moved before the LARRA seeking redressal of their grievance but then their application came to be rejected by an order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, L.A.R.R.A. which is impugned in the instant writ application.

From perusal of the order dated 06.06.2024, passed by the Presiding Officer, L.A.R.R.A., it manifests that the same has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioners by an order dated 08.09.2022 were given liberty to move before the L.A.R.R.A. within 30 days from 08.09.2022 but then petitioners filed the application in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 08.09.2022 in C.W.J.C. No.21429/2019 on 2905.2024 i.e. nearly after more than 18 months of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.21429/2019, as such, the Presiding Officer, L.A.R.R.A. rejected their application on the ground that
