Patna High Court LPA No.497 of 2015 dt.12-07-2017 2/2 of Kalpana Rani versus State of Bihar reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665 does not in any manner allow any Court to go into issue of appointment, non-appointment etc., relating to the post of Siksha Mitra after 01.07.2006.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
