The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chautham P. S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner abducted minor daughter of the informant and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC wherein she has alleged that she was
