Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, within four weeks from the resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, in order to seek regular bail before the learned court below. Permission is granted.

The instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek regular bail before the learned
