1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present quashing application has been filed against the order of interim maintenance, dated 15.04.2013, passed, in Maintenance Case No. 83 of 2011, by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sasaram.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got no instruction as to whether final order of maintenance has been passed.

4. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to challenge the final order of maintenance, if so advised.
