The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly committed assault on the informant. The parties have entered into a compromise. In the facts and circumstances, let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
