Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2016 registered under Section 47A of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Recovery of 2 bottles each containing 180 ml foreign liquor was made from the shop of Bannilal Yadav and his brother Ranjesh Kumar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49263 of 2016 (3) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 Considering the gravity of materials which have transpired during investigation and in supervisions, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
