2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 and 20(b)(ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. 75.13 Kg. of ganja has been recovered from a vehicle which was parked in front of the house of Khalil Sah. The petitioner has not been caught on the spot. The car belongs to one Arvind V Pankaj of Delhi. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28851 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi, District-Sitamarhi/Successor Court in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024, subject to the conditions that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial and both the bailors should be the close blood relative of the petitioner.
6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Mehsaul Police Station, District-Sitamarhi on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
