JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kauakol P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 dated 15.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Because of the two children fighting amongst themselves, the elders also entered in the fray. The petitioner No. 1 who happens to be the daughter-in-law of the informant is alleged to have assaulted the informant and his another daughter-in-law by means of hard and blunt substance.
The injury report definitely suggests that there was some occurrence.
