I have gone through the record in the present case. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 3(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation against the petitioner is that 194.04 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the campus of the petitioner. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The liquor was recovered near the boundary of the petitioner. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent.
