2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered under Sections 363, 366, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 08.09.2022 at about 07:00 pm, when the daughter of informant was returning from shop after purchasing tea, in the meantime this petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the informant's daughter. When informant went to the house of co-accused Sunil Mandal, there co-accused Laxmi Mandal and Sushila Mandal abused and threatened him.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not made any allegation against this petitioner. The victim was 18 years old at the time of occurrence. Petitioner is a lady aged about 22 years having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Benipatti, in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 173 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) utkarsh/- U T
