2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 7467, 468, 420, 34 of I.P.C of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that co-accused Geeta Devi got registered sale-deed of the Khatiani land of the mother of informant in her name. It is further alleged that on 19.06.2022 at about 04:00 O'clock, when the informant along with Rajo Sharma went to accused persons, they assaulted them and took away jewellery and a cash of Rs. 2000/-.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29076 of 2023(2) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 neither seller or purchaser of the land in question and hence there was no reason for this petitioner to commit this offence. Specific accusation is against co-accused Gita Devi and her family members and petitioner is only co-villager. The case is purely of civil nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned ACJM-I, Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. case no 270 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
