The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 156 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the self confessional statement of petitioner,which was recorded in Sadar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2020, as stated in paragraph - 2 of the supplementary affidavit. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2020. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that on the confessional statement of petitioner, the looted article has been recovered from the house

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is, accordingly, rejected.
