The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of black marketing of food grains and has not deposited the coupons. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the alleged occurrence took place in the month of July, 2012 but the instant case has been lodged on 15.03.2016, after 4 years of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
