The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G.O Case No. 15/2018 arising out of arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 01/2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 544.30 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor from the Tempo of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only because the vehicle from which the recovery was made belonged to petitioner, however, the said vehicle was given on rent for carrying the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30788 of 2018 (2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 vegetables, fisheries and other articles and petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -IV - cum- Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with G.O Case No. 15/2018 arising out of arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S.
