The order of the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur, dated 24-01-2019, as contained in Annexure-3 to the writ petition, has been challenged in the instant writ petition whereby and whereunder the petitioner's selection as 'Anganwari Sevika' has been cancelled.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has remedy under the guidelines for selection of
