After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the Appellate Authority/the District Magistrate, Saran (Chapra) to dispose of the Supply Appeal No. 10 of 2019 within a stipulated period.

Since the aforesaid appeal is pending for a long time, we deem it appropriate to direct the Appellate Authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.8205 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 to dispose of such appeal within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. Needless to state that the order so passed shall be made known to the petitioner forthwith.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
