The present petition has been filed for review of order dated 10.10.2012 passed in CWJC No. 5176 of 2011 on the ground that this Court failed to take note of this fact that the prayer for amendment in the plaint was formal in nature as only typographical error in the plaint through amendment was sought for, but in my view, the present review petition does not have any merit because there is no apparent error on the face of record. It appears to me that petitioners in guise of review want to get a fresh order of this Court in respect of the prayer which has already been rejected by this Court passing impugned

Accordingly, this review petition stands dismissed on Admission Stage itself.
