The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with "C" Case No. 68 of 2012 registered under Sections 47(a) and 47(f) of the Bihar Excise Act.

On secret information, the police raided a flour mill of Bharat Sah and apprehended one Lakshmi Choudhary. Lakshmi Choudhary confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the above fact, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46580 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2016 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate (W), Muzaffarpur in connection with "C" Case No. 68/2012, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
