JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 353, 333, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the dispute between the villagers of two different villages for playing cricket and on arrival of the police, 13 persons have been made accused in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that even similarly circumstanced accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the court

Considering the fact that there is scuffle on trivial issue for playing cricket between the villagers of two villages, the petitioners have been made accused in the present case having no criminal antecedents, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S.
