The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the family member of the husband of the deceased rather he is the agnate of the husband of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further

No.53240 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 submitted that co-accused, Anil Yadav, has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 39719 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-I, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
