The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered under Sections 366 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure-2 to this petition wherein the alleged victim, a married lady of 23 years, has not uttered a word against
