2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025 dated 22.02.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 79, 96, 87, and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that as per the FIR, the main allegation is against the co-accused Rupesh Mandal @ Honey Mandal, and the petitioner is simply alleged to have cooperated the main accused in the alleged kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant by providing his vehicle but the said allegation is completely false as the so-called victim, who has been recovered, has not

No.27420 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 made any allegation against this petitioner rather she accepted her love affair with the co-accused Rupesh Mandal and also accepted her marriage with him. It is further submitted that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 04.03.2025.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as aforesaid submissions and mainly petitioner's young age and his fair and clean antecedent, this court is inclined to release him on regular bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
