2. It appears from the report of learned A.D.J.-III, Vaishali at Hajipur as made available through letter No. 118/24 that it was the approach of defence side i.e. petitioner which delayed to conclude the trial within time frame.

3. It is submitted that the matter is listed for argument, where expected time to conclude the trial is shown as one month.

4. Considering the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner and as the trial is at its fag end, accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35290 of 2024(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith on third occasion also.

5. Accordingly, prayer stands dismissed.

6. Aforesaid I.A. No. 01 of 2024 stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
