The petitioner, who is in custody since 20.01.2020 seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019 dated 10.09.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 394 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no recovery from the petitioner and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. The petitioner is stated to have not been put on Test Identification Parade till this date. Some of the accused persons of this case have

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019.
