This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017 for offences under Sections 37© of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, and 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusation is against the petitioner's son. The petitioner is only named in the first information report and there is allegation of assaulting the informant in intoxicating stage on account of that the petitioner has also been falsely implicated in this case and he he has clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32222 of 2018(2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 the event of surrender/arrest, within four weeks from today, in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
