2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 34, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, fraudulently sold the land of informant to other persons.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is widow late Ramesh Nath Verma and daughter-in-law of late Rajaram Kamkar and after death of her husband, she sold her share of land over which she has right, title and possession to fulfill the necessary

It is further submitted that the present case has been lodged on the basis of written information of informant dated 09.12.2023 and prior to that, one Rabindra Nath Verma had filed a title suit bearing Title Suit No. 498 of 2023 on 04.12.2023 for cancellation of the alleged sale deed, which is still pending for adjudication before the learned 1st Sub-Judge, Jagdishpur and in the said case, this petitioner is Defendant No. 1. It is lastly submitted that dispute involved in the present case is with regard to sale and purchase of land which is purely civil in nature. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhojpur at Ara in
