2. The present petition has been filed for transfer of Divorce Case No. 07 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is a poor and helpless lady residing at her parental house at Patna along with her children and would face considerable difficulty in pursuing the aforesaid divorce case at Saharsa which is a considerable distance away.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party expresses his consent for such transfer of the case and has no objection to the prayer

5. Having regard to the stand of the opposite party and with his consent, this Court directs transfer of Divorce Case No. 07 of 2014 filed at the instance of the opposite party from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna for its disposal.

6. The petition stands disposed of.
