Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chalmehsi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the instant dispute has been compromised by both the parties as contained in Annexure-2 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
