2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to avail remedy in accordance with the law laid down by this Court in case of Suman Mahto & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. (Criminal Appeal (SJ) no.4792 of 2018).
