JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners. A supplementary affidavit has been filed in this case stating that in the prayer portion of the bail application it has wrongly been mentioned 'to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, C.B.I.-II, Patna' in place of 'the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna' and, as such in the order dated 9.4.2018 the wrong court name has been mentioned.

In the said circumstances, in the order dated 9.4.2018 in last paragraph it should be correctly read as 'to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13625 of 2018 (3) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, instead of 'the Additional District and Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, C.B.I.-II, Patna'.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
