1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) Issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to forthwith grant and pay all the benefit of Assured Career Progression (in short ACP) to the petitioner with effect from 28.12.1999 first ACP and 2nd ACP with effect from 28.12.2011 to which he is eligible and entitled to get the said benefits on completion twelve (12) years of service and twenty four (24) years of service and also pay the benefits of 3rd ACP to the petitioner on he basis of Gyapank 3A-2 ve Pu-18/2009-504 dated 16.01.2014 and Gyapank 3A-9Vividh-

(ii) Issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to release all the consequential benefits to the petitioner upon sanction of post first ACP, 2nd ACP and 3rd ACP and also further to be pleased to direct the respondents to forthwith revise and pay all the related benefits consequent upon such promotion. All such financial benefits be kindly ordered to be paid with interest at the rate of 18% P.A. and to grant all the consequential benefits upon sanction of all the ACP's with interest at the rate of 18%."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Banka for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Banka, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
