2. The present petition has been filed for payment of Rs. 4,00,000/-, ex-gratia grant on account of the death of his mother namely, Anita Devi who died as Aganwadi Sevika.

3. The claim has been made in the light of resolution no. 666 dated 22.08.2015 issued by Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

4. From the writ petition, it is clear that the petitioner has knocked the doors of this Court without preferring any representation before an appropriate authority.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.8745 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks from today with proper supporting documents.

6. In case the said representation is filed, the respondents are duty bound to pass a reasoned order on the claim made by him within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
