The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Allouli P.S.Case No.280 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-A) of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner, who is a lady. He submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that she abused the wife of the informant. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation made against the
