2. The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 18.06.2015 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sheohar (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') in Case No. 277 of 2011. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case was disposed off by order dated 20.02.2015, but by the subsequent order dated 29.07.2015, it was reviewed, which is beyond the jurisdiction of the Authority.

3. However, after some arguments, learned counsel

4. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ application stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. If such appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within one week from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be heard on merits and disposed off expeditiously.
