JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1) That this writ application is being preferred for issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions, writ(s), preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent authorities concerned to remove the illegal encroachment from the public land appertaining to Khata No.308, survey No. 2092, 2091, area 0-4-11 and 01-1-12 of mauza/villageRamgarh, Block + P.S.- Daraunda, District-Siwan which is a Government Gair Mazarua Aam land and being used by the petitioner and other villagers/residents for their path but the same has illegally been encroached by some anti-social

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Daraunda, District- Siwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Daraunda, District-Siwan, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
