2. The petitioner has moved before this Court for quashing of order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Appeal No. 02 of 2015 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition to enable him to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority.
4. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.2067 of 2016 dt.14-07-2017 2/2 off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
6. In case, the petitioner file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within one week from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be heard and disposed off on merits expeditiously.
