The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 151/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant grand-father of the deceased alleged that his grand-daughter was married to Sanjeet Ram in the year 2014. His grand-daughter was pregnant. The brother of the deceased had gone to bring the deceased, but the accused persons did not allow her to go to her Naihar. The informant alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner strangulated her to death.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46630 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 petitioner no. 1 is sister-in-law, petitioner no. 2 and 3 are brothersin-law of the deceased. The deceased committed suicide only because she was not allowed to go to her Naihar by her husband. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The postmortem report shows that there was ligature mark all around the neck of the deceased, but it was caused due to hanging and not by manual strangulation.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are sister-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 151/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
