The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chandramandih P.S. Case No.109 of 2019 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Pintu Yadav has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 10.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.22062 of 2021. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her/his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38556 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Jamui or his successor in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No.109 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
