Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 20.03.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 3185 of 2020 (Annexure-1). In this regard, vide order dated 11.01.2021, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. From perusal of report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, as contained in Letter No. 81 dated 22.01.2021, it appears that the case has been committed to the court of sessions and the case is fixed for appearance of the accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application of petitioner is rejected. However, learned Trial
