The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 302, 328 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He is innocent. Further submission is that no injury is found on the body of the deceased.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25895 of 2019(4) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S.
