Heard the parties in virtual Court.

By order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13578 of 2020, the petitioner was allowed bail, by this Court in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S.Case No.55 of 2020, after framing of the charges.

Submission is that due to Covid-19 effect, the working of the trial court is not regular, hence, charges have not been framed.

Considering the circumstances beyond control of the petitioner, the condition of bail is modified to the extent that let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail at once on furnishing bail bond as directed in the earlier order aforesaid.
